The FEW Foundation for Education and Training (FEW Foundation) is a tax-exempt charity focused on helping women enhance their career opportunities through education and training.

Established in 2004, the FEW Foundation is a 501(c) (3) charitable arm of Federally Employed Women (FEW), a national organization founded in 1968 with four focus areas: Diversity, Training, Legislation, and Compliance.

The FEW Foundation supports FEW's annual National Training Programs (NTP), Regional Training Programs (RTP’s), Career/Education Fairs and provides academic scholarships and web casts on topics that are career-relevant. As its financial base grows, the FEW Foundation will expand its scholarship program to assist FEW Regions with sending more members to the NTP’s and RTP’s, develop additional academic scholarship opportunities, sponsor webinars, and conduct workshops.

The education and training we are asking you to support will not only assist women meet their educational goals and career advancement in federal service, it will also help train the future workforce as thousands of current Federal employees prepare for retirement in the next five years. With industry and government competing for individuals with education and technical skills, it is imperative that we train the future workforce now!
