To empower career achievement through education and training.
To support this mission, the Foundation provides academic scholarships to members and immediate family (spouses/dependent children) and information/assistance to others through regularly scheduled webinars, participation in career/education fairs, and other outreach efforts.
Your tax-deductible donation will go for assistance to women as they attempt to truly break the glass ceiling and/or to their immediate family members as they move forward in their federal service careers.

Within five years, the FEW Foundation will be recognized as the premiere organization for providing FEW members and their families the resources to enhance their career through training and educational scholarship opportunities and leadership development, education, mentoring, and networking.
